These days, the Chinese Communist Party(CCP) is trying to regulate its entrepreneurs and conglomerates. Especially the tech companies and their owners. There are two main reasons for their action. The one is to foster the interoperability of their platform businesses to make their business circumstances more beneficial. And the other is to take control of the capital to strengthen the power of CCP over entrepreneurs.

I considered how to use this situation as Korean since I'm Korean and the Korean Peninsula is right next to China. I divided my analysis into two parts. For the government part and the individual part.

The first part is about the government and nation part. Since the Chinese government is trying to expire their overdue policies toward companies, especially the tech conglomerates. It leads to their loss of company value. But I don't think it will hurt the companies' current competitiveness towards others since their sales go up even so. However, I suppose that it will hurt China's greatest conglomerates' future competitiveness since the companies' spirits are in the people who operate the organization. Even if their new policies ease the monopoly and accelerate the interoperability of the Chinese companies, the social instability of the Chinese entrepreneurial environment will make their businesses crippled. Furthermore, these kinds of deeper interference over companies will deepen the government's meddling on companies. And it won't be good for their future. For example, HSMC and Tsinghua-Uni are the companies that the government meddled a lot and failed almost perfectly.

These kinds of their mistake will give more time for Korea's industries. And I insist we should not lose this chance.

The second part is about the individual part. First of all, I suppose this is a good time to buy the stocks of the Chinese tech giants such as Alibaba and Tencent even though I'm not that much sure. Modern industries require an enormous amount of data and large-scale infrastructure. Chinese conglomerates like Tencent and Alibaba have a lot of them. Therefore, even though they are oppressed by many restrictions from the government, they're still making a lot of sales even more than in the past. Therefore, I guess that considering buying Chinese tech stock, the conglomerates that use data and IoT might be a good choice for the individual. But, again, I might underestimate the political instability and low transparency of Chinese society. Conglomerates like Tencent and Alibaba can disappear at once since CCP and President Xi are the only power of modern China. Therefore, the choice is completely up to you who read my essay. I recommend consider many parts and perspectives of the current situation of China before the action.

Thanks.
