In the video, many people and specialists state that organic food doesn't worth its price.

In my opinion, I agree on some parts and don't agree on other parts.

First of all, I agree that the nutrition of organic foods and conventional foods that use chemical pesticides are the same. There seems to be no reason that organic foods are superior at the nutritious part compare to the foods that spread chemical pesticides.

But however, I think it can be safer to eat organic foods than others. Since it doesn't use chemical insecticides, terminal consumers, humans, do not have to face the chance of eating chemical pesticides. Of course, those chemical pesticides might be not enough to be critical for the human body and also proven to be not that much harmful to human bodies. However, even though, those are still products to kill life. I would choose organic foods if I can pick one of them at the same price.

The second topic of the video I want to pick is local foods. I agree that local foods are usually really good for human health since it is fresh and mostly know who cultivated it. For me, I usually go to the local food market and buy the crops and products that are stated explicitly who made them.  I think these kinds of policies are good for both consumers and farmers.

Consequently, I want to say that organic foods matter but the price is important either. Therefore, use local products that stated explicitly who made them. Also, wash the products like apples clean or peel them well.

Thanks.
